★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amanda led a yoga for Jiu Jitsu class daily at a Jiu Jitsu Camp I was at this past October. I was amazed at how relaxed my body was and activated my muscles felt for the training that followed. It was masterful how she integrated Jiu Jitsu and yoga in such a seamless way. I plan to regularly incorporate the poses, breathing and stretches into my routine. Amanda's teaching style was truly warm and welcoming. I can't wait to work with her again!
November 13 · April ParksI was initially hesitant to try trapeze yoga, but am so glad I did. It was really beneficial for my mind and body, which I definitely needed, and it was also fun! Amanda is a great teacher with solid yogi vibes. She makes sure you are comfortable and informed every step of the way, and assists with any modifications for any of our experience levels. Between her detailed guidance and assistance, and how safe and secure the tools are, it was an excellent experience. Additionally, I have had a hip injury for 5 years now, and I feel like this form of yoga was easier on my hip! I am already signed up for my next class, and I highly recommend anyone else to look into signing up as well.
June 20 · CaseyI have been to a trapeze yoga class as well as a women's workshop with yoga fruit. Being a beginner it can be nerve racking not knowing what to expect but Amanda is a fabulous instructor who takes the time to explain everything without frustration. The womens workshop was a beautiful class with women young and older, where we learned and practiced meditation, yoga, and had some great discussions afterward. I Will be coming back for more classes and workshops in the future. If you’ve ever wanted to practice yoga/work on your spiritual wellness journey yogafruit/amanda is a great business/instructor to do that with!
December 18 · amy valerioYoga novice, but had a really great experience with my first-ever AYAMA class. The guidance was clear, the poses were highly adaptable for a range of skill levels and I left feeling healthy and rejuvenated - would absolutely recommended regardless of experience level. Phenomenal class!!!
