The diverse schedule ensures there is a class to meet every mood, fitness goal, and experience level.
- Signature YP BARRE (Yoga.Pilates.Barre): This is the studio's signature class—a beautiful blend of Yoga, strength training, Pilates core conditioning, and ballet fundamentals. It's a no-impact class that uses props like light weights, balls, resistance bands, and the ballet barre to stretch, tone, and sculpt. It is All-Levels/Beginner Friendly.
- Mat Pilates Classes: These 30-minute, All-Levels sessions focus on the heart and soul of Pilates mat work. Offerings include Classic PILATES Flow (centered around slow, controlled moves for restoration and alignment) and PILATES Strength and Sculpt (a heart-pounding blend of high-intensity moves and traditional Pilates).
- Tabata PILATES 30: A quick, 30-minute All-Levels class that uses the Tabata timed interval method, alternating between maximum effort and rest. It blends cardio, Pilates, and strength training with safe alignment and incorporates classic Pilates equipment and suspension Pilates pulley trainers for a beginner-friendly, total body workout.
- CORE Yoga + Pilates: A 55-minute All-Levels class that beautifully blends Power Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga, with a strong focus on lengthening muscles, sculpting and restoring the core, and increasing flexibility.
- Candlelight Yin Yoga: A peaceful, 55-minute restorative class suitable for all levels. It uses a slower-paced Yin Yoga style with restorative postures, gentle movements, blocks, bolsters, and essential oils to melt away stress and promote relaxation, all lit by candlelight.
- Stretch Series: A 45-minute All-Levels class incorporating flexibility techniques from Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy, and Barre. It focuses on releasing tension, improving circulation, and increasing range of motion, often with active, hands-on stretching assistance.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t say enough good things about YogaPilatesBarre studio. I found it during a time in my life when I was really struggling. Mentally, emotionally, and physically. I was looking for a safe space where I could move my body and begin to heal, and this studio became exactly that and more. From the very beginning I felt supported just by being in the presence of the incredible women here. Without even knowing what I was going through, their energy, encouragement, and consistency helped me start showing up for myself in ways I hadn’t been able to before.Since joining in December 2023 I’ve grown so much, especially physically. I’ve never felt stronger or more connected to my body. I attend classes about five days a week now and it truly feels like a second home. The instructors and fellow members notice when something’s off or when you’ve been gone. They care, and they reach out. That sense of community has made a huge impact on my overall well-being.This place has helped me rebuild my strength, find clarity, and cultivate real, lasting health. Not just physically, but in every sense of the word. I’m endlessly grateful for this space and the people in it.
August 18 · Tyneisha LaTashaI was part of the original group of students pre-Covid. I have recently gone back to the studio after being away due to the lock down and then work related travel. Once I retired, I had the time to invest in myself again. I was thrilled to find the same welcoming atmosphere, even more excellent instructors, with classes that challenge and inspire. And of course, the owner, Grace, still runs the best studio i have ever found! There are classes for all fitness levels that are challenging as well as fun. Grace continually trains her instructors so that the experience for every class and every student feels personal. You are never judged by your looks, your attire, your abilities...just welcomed by all!If you are looking for a variety of fitness classes in a warm and safe atmosphere, where you can work hard while laughing and developing friends, this the place for you!
September 05 · Tamara DeanThis studio is truly a hidden gem amid the hustle of Henry County traffic! I wanted to give myself a solid 30 days of classes before posting an honest review, and after completing 30 Pilates/Barre Bootcamp classes and a few yoga sessions, I’m hooked. I’m now on my second month of unlimited classes because, honestly, I fell in love after just one week. This isn’t your typical Pilates studio where everyone looks the same and you might feel out of place. Instead, it’s an inclusive oasis where a diverse group of people comes together with one shared goal: to improve both physically and mentally. The instructors are all fantastic, each bringing their own unique energy to their classes. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cat, Nicole, Mati, Jaime, Grace, and Melinda—and I have nothing but praise for all of them. What stands out most is how the instructors genuinely get to know each student, learn their names, and motivate them to keep coming back. I usually attend the 6 a.m. class, which gives me a great sense of accomplishment to start my day, and I also enjoy the evening and weekend classes. The community here is so welcoming and supportive, making every class an encouraging experience. Not only do I feel amazing, but I’ve also seen noticeable improvements in my appearance. If you’re considering joining, just go for it—you won’t regret it. 10/10 across the board!
