May 27 Β· Jeff DuplessisYoga Lab is a beautiful space featuring excellent instructors. I have taken yoga classes all over the country and Sorsha is in the very top tier of teachers. She is knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, innovative, and a skilled and dedicated practitioner herself -- a real role model. Come to Yoga Lab and take your practice to a new level.
May 27 Β· Julia CarpenterI love the studio, it's a great little calm spot in the middle of downtown Montpelier. There's big windows and you can hear the street noise from down below but it's far away and for me, it adds to the calm I feel. It's great to be in a yoga class again and Sorsha is a great teacher. Grateful!
October 24 Β· Kristina ReynoldsI am thankful for Yoga Lab Vermont for providing me a safe sanctuary to practice yoga. The fresh air exchange, the air purifiers, and the thoughtful and compliant yogis that follow the COVID guidelines make me feel safe to center, strengthen, and tone with community. I love the teachers supporting my practice. Highly recommend!
