Whether you are looking to start or deepen your yoga practice, gain strength, get into better shape, or just get your sweat on, there is something here for everyone.
May 23 · Ariane VidalI attended a Bikram yoga class, and it was an intense but rewarding experience. The room was heated, which made the poses more challenging but also helped with flexibility. The instructor guided us through the 26-posture sequence with clear instructions and motivation. It was tough, especially staying hydrated and pushing through the heat, but I felt amazing afterward—both detoxed and energized. Definitely a great workout for those who enjoy a challenge!
