★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There’s truly nothing like Kacey’s Strength+Flow class. If you want to feel challenged and then SO accomplished you have to try. Kacey and all of the Yoga 2.0 instructors are fantastic! I always get in a great workout and have so much fun.
August 28 · Alyssa StamperThe instructor, Antonio P. was so rude. He spent the entire class yelling at me and others. At one point he yelled at the woman next to me that “people in the class don’t know how to listen”. He did not demonstrate the workouts through out the class but was not able to articulate what to do clearly enough with his words. Thats a personal instructor problem not a class problem - stop being lazy. At the end of class he said we could leave a little early bc was ready to go home & make an omelet. If your studio accepts 3rd party bookers then you need to assume OR check your roster for newbies. That way you know everyone doesn’t have the workout memorized. He never so much as introduced himself at the beginning of class (the only reason I know his name is I looked it up on Wellhub to write this review). Didn’t say hi or ask for peoples names, just totally unwelcoming. The only thing positive that came out of his mouth was to the woman he’s clearly had in class before.I saw a lot of faces in the mirror of other people surprised by his behavior so I asked someone after class what she thought and she said she’d never been in a class with an instructor so rude. She also said she’d recently had surgery so she was unable to do some of the movements he was yelling at her to do.As someone who takes workout classes everyday, I can say the workout was good but I cannot recommend with him. Totally unprofessional.
July 27 · Nicole GrierCool place with a good variety of classes. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. It's located inside a building that is not that easy to identify from the outside, but their area is huge.
January 22 · Pedro PrioriDid the strength and flow and it felt like it should’ve been named HIIT and flow. It felt like a body weight HIIT class that was yoga inspired. Very high energy and very loud music (instructor had to shout to be audible). It was also very sweaty with the temp at 100 degrees! I am not a hot yoga person so wasn’t a fan of that. I loved the beautiful studio, perfect locker rooms, and the instructor and front desk staff were sweet and friendly.
November 22 · Leah BreenClean environment, friendly staff! They have mats for rental if you need them as well as water to buy if you’re visiting and dropping in! Great sweat! Will be back!
