I had a fall down some very steep steps and was able to land without doing damage to my body which was attributed to my flexibility gained from my weeklyPilates sessions.I Enjoyed watching her preform, in her yearly circus showcase, shehas the best acrobatic skills to aidher in her teaching techniques.
