While the formats are consistent with the Y7 brand's successful philosophy, each class offers a different pace and focus to cater to various fitness goals and experience levels.- WeFlowHard® Vinyasa: This is the studio's signature, open-level 60-minute class. The instructor guides students through three sequences, each repeated three times. The structure includes a slow breakdown, linking one-breath to one-movement, and culminates in the unique "Flow On Your Own" portion, where students are empowered to take the sequence at their personal pace.
- SCULPT: A 50-minute, heated, low-impact, strength-based class. It utilizes precise movement patterns and props like hand weights, ankle weights, blocks, and bands to sculpt and tone the entire body, offering a challenging, full-body workout that complements the Vinyasa practice.
- Slow Burn Vinyasa: Recommended for all levels, this format focuses on foundation, structure, and alignment of each posture. It is a slower-paced practice that uses a ladder format, gradually adding postures to build heat and core engagement, preparing the mind and body for a challenging peak posture.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was so happy with this class! I was visiting from outside Chicago and typically take hot yoga 2x a week, and slightly heated vinyasa 2x a week. This was the perfect sub for my home studio classes. I appreciated the dark room, the clear instructions for each pose, Madeleine's encouraging tone, and the time to go through the sequences at my own pace. I especially appreciated being able to rent a towel - I borrowed a mat from a friend but didn't travel with my yoga towel because I didn't want to have to stick it in the bag I flew with after an intense workout.
May 19 · Jessica CorbettFeel like I found my new neighborhood spot! Clean studio, dark, good teachers and music. Can’t wait to go back.
April 30 · Erika SolerY7 Studio on Fairfax Ave. is a welcome addition to the West Hollywood Yoga scene. The WeFlowHard® Vinyasa signature style offered us a unique personalized yoga experience, giving us the space to turn inwards, reflect our practice, and enjoy the magic of the moment with relaxed Flow On Your Own sequences.Oh, and did I mention that is hot! We definitely worked up a sweat with the kind energy of the instructor, Yael C., with good vibes & honest intentions. The team is also very welcoming in a quiet, clean, and supportive community environment. The WeFlowHard® Vinyasa was a soulful jam that reminded us of the spiritual aspect of our fitness journey. Y7 Studio a must-visit for yogis of all levels.Luxury Pro Tip: Arrive early. Simple as that. Free dedicated parking is onsite with the building garage entrance off Fairfax on Waring Ave.. Enter through the courtyard, and try not to sweat the small stuff. Be prompt, give yourself time to settle, check in with the staff, and settle into your prepared space. Have fun!
November 21 · Luxury LindseyI booked on ClassPass and arrived early so I paid for parking and waited on the street around 20 minutes. Then I decided to go in 10 minutes before class to change into my yoga clothes. The door was locked. I knocked and peeked through the window. The studio was dark with no one around. No teacher or students arrived by the time class was to begin so I guess the class was canceled but they didn’t bother to notify the booking app. Super disappointed as I could have chosen from 10 or more other studios in the area that were open. What a waste of my time and money! It was very bad luck that I trusted Y7 would honor their posted schedule. I certainly won’t chance booking there again!
September 01 · Sky NicholasI had a great time. It’s a great studio for experienced yogis!!!! Very challenging with the darkness too, I was humbled for sure, but it was fun to push through. Thank you to the teacher, Monica, she was very kind and gave me some good info about the studio since it was my first time. I’ll say the desk person was not very helpful, but it was 6 am so I’ll give them a pass. Very much enjoyed.
