The studio's mission is to make yoga accessible and empowering, and it has successfully built a devoted following for its signature "WeFlowHard®" Vinyasa classes.
This article will provide you with a comprehensive overview of Y7 Studio's Greenwich Village location, highlighting its services, unique features, and what makes it a standout destination in New York City. The philosophy at Y7 Studio is rooted in creating a space where you can "Flow On Your Own." The heated room, typically between 80-90 degrees with infrared technology, is designed to increase flexibility and create a detoxifying sweat. The lack of mirrors and the dim, candlelit environment are intentional, encouraging you to let go of self-judgment and focus on your inner experience. This combination of heat, music, and mindfulness is what makes the Y7 workout so effective and unique.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a great experience at y7. To start off with I was greeted by Akasia. She was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. The studio was clean, the bathrooms were spacious and I was ready for a great experience. Once I got to the class, Ash was absolutely amazing. We started with a great warmup, and I felt guided through out the whole process. NYC fitness classes can be isolating and intimidating, but Ash made me feel like I was part of the journey! I was challenged in the best way. ❤️
June 30 · Aisha JavaidI loved this studio and its layout. I usually go to a yoga studio where you place your mat wherever there's space, but this studio has markings on the floor to direct everyone where to put their mat for the class, and there is enough room for everyone to move and perform the workout. I attended a private event sponsored by Bala and Vuori clothing (Summer in Motion) and took a Sculpt heated yoga class. The class wasn't hard and perfect for all levels. The instructor was super nice and made the workout easy to get through, but I definitely still felt the burn. The temperature in the studio was just right. It wasn't unbearable but you're definitely going to sweat!
July 26 · Priscilla S.this was my first-ever class at y7 and I was incredibly impressed! Zoe's knowledge of yogic philosophy and her integration of philosophy into the class was skillful and seamless. Her pacing was excellent. great playlist too. overall, a 10/10 class. I wish she taught that class every Friday morning at this studio! I'll definitely be coming back.
April 21 · Rachel ForcilloThe teachers and facility are nice. But their policies take advantage of customers. Don’t buy anything more than one class at a time. The minimum 5 Packs of classes have a 30 day expiration and they will not make exceptions. The only way get a better expiration date is if you buy bigger packs which is frankly ridiculous. There’s other better vinyasa studios that don’t nickel and dime you.
May 27 · Alissa Scarafile LumOf all the Y7s I have been to, I like this studio the most. Larger and brighter while still dark and private seeming. Also, Chris' class was a great flow and he has a calming presence.
