I was very nervous because I was in a car accident a few months ago and my back hasn’t been feeling the best but after a class with Vanessa, I haven’t felt better! She’s very thorough and encourages you to try your best, I will definitely be back in Vanessa’s class again.

The instructors are all so welcoming and caring, and I've genuinely become friends with several! If you appreciate classical pilates check out Kat, Jaime, Bailey, and Sabrina's classes. I was really nervous first starting because I don't have the Pilates body or "look" but I've gotten so much stronger since going regularly and the classes are so varied that I never get bored!Sometimes the heated mat classes are more heated sculpt, and that's okay! For example I've been in a class where the instructor says to do bicycle crunches as fast as you can. Alex teaches an amazing "Tempo" class with cardio bursts, and I also love Lae and Tessa's mat classes.

I love that they are always planning new events to attend and have challenges throughout the month. This is a whole new way of working out for me aside from weight lifting at the gym and I’ve really been enjoying it and seeing great results. Highly recommend for anyone! 🤍
