Kept telling me and the other woman there that we *had* to do fewer reps and adapted moves because we’re women and are weaker than men, even though we were in better shape than a few of the men taking the class (no judgement on participants, just to point out that their reasoning was bs). I ignored the coach, did the men’s workout and felt fine. I’m sure the workout could have been enjoyable if not for this meathead attitude.

Before the month was up I told them I needed to cancel the membership (which was still more than 30 days before the membership pause was to end). They refused my reasoning and force me to pay the $280 monthly fee. I would have possibly come back when I return to the area but the way they screwed me over on the fee I absolutely will not. The gym itself is small and okay, decent teachers, but the business operations are shady.

August 07 · Edward SI did a 6 weeks challenge, reached the goal, never saw my money back. During Covid they charged my card and I definitely canceled my membership. Never received my $280 back. Also they are rude. There are some nice trainers, but those don’t rule the store. Once I tried to give them a review and they asked me to take it down. For all that money scam, I think I should give you one. I’m not giving you a third chance, you tend to exploit it always. And there are so many other places which are much better
