January 30 · Olivia MerazIts not my favorite but I had a good time. The shower was dirty but it least the life guards were nice!
April 16 · Jaime VillarrealThe employees and members at the Y are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The environment is clean and well maintained. Love the weight selection as well as the cardio options. There are a lot of options for people of all ages to get involved, including pickleball, volleyball, basketball, and many fitness class options.
December 20 · Kaitlynn AntigoThe Williams County YMCA has been very accommodating to our ever growing pickleball group. It’s a great place to play and meet wonderful people who love the game!
January 09 · Cathy LeuMy mom always told me it was important to learn something new every day and my mind KNEW I had to start exercising my mind and my body.My thought was that any exercise place was intended for young people and I thought I HAD to have a wardrobe that consisted of "name brand" clothing and high dollar shoes. One time I was at Eric's Ice Cream and I was watching the people going into the Y. It was amazing to me... YES there was Spandex and name brand tennis shoes ...BUT there were also average people like me!! A few even maybe OLDER than me... they were dressed in regular clothes and Walmart brand Tennis shoes!!The minute I opened the door to the Y that first time I was amazed... everyone at the desk was there to please ME!! They told me about all of the things the Y offered! NOW they had my attention!!I was given a tour of the facility, down to every detail and shown what was behind every door!! :) After I signed in, the next step was where to start!!It was recommended that I start with Helen's Silver Sneakers class. On day one the nice lady at the desk walked me up to the exercise room and introduced me to Helen Fisher... talk about "the first day for the rest of your life". That was 5 years ago ... I have made so many GOOD Friends, and good times!!Every day at the Y is a new experience.. Starting when I go through the doors. EVERYONE at the Y is happy ... know them or not... everyone says good morning, and their smiles tell me they are happy I am there!! It is a great way to start the day.
