Two months ago I took a step in the right direction, out of my comfort zone, and walked into Wenonah Fit Body Boot Camp. Immediately, after meeting the owners, I felt comfortable.They create an environment for all ages and fitness levels. The trainers push you, but in a way that helps you develop at your own pace.It’s worth every penny! Fun and you feel like family!
November 28 · AnthonyI have so many good things to say about this establishment. First, they have the best owners and trainers. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I started my fitness journey about 6 years ago and haven't looked back. I was never into exercising and I really thought that I would do 6 months and that would be the end. Not the case, I absolutely love the workouts, the trainers make it fun, there is no judgment and the best part is you can actually laugh at yourself. Some days are hard, some days I need to modify but there is never a day that I dread going. In all actuality, if I don't go I feel guilty and my day just seems off. Getting up and going in for a workout is the best part of my day! I have met and have become friends with some really great people. I would recommend this place 100/100 if I could. If you're looking for a 30 minute workout where you can have fun, laugh and sweat this is definitely the place. Joining this gym was one of the best things I have done for myself.

Taking that first step can seem scary and intimidating but there is no better place to land than here! No matter your fitness level every session is unique, challenging, and most of all rewarding.
