★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was highly disappointed with my experience here. I was prohibited from practicing while wearing my whoop bracelet. I use the whoop to measure health metric trends that add immense insights into my training plan. The whoop is a non-digital device, does not have any sound capabilities or lights that could cause any type of distraction. Yet, when trying to explain this to staff I was met with animosity and a complete lack of understanding. As someone who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and understands the importance of a non-distracting environment, I will happily take my business elsewhere.
November 04 · Bree O'NealI am new to the area and wanted a place to learn yoga. Well I found it and hot yoga to boot. The room is large and the class size is perfect as well as the teachers. If you want to learn this the place for you. Super clean.
December 14 · Dale CzerneckiSUPER ANGRY WITH THE TREATMENT I GOT HERE! I was snapped at multiple times, not given a chance to speak, and then rudely ordered around. These people have a very strict no lateness policy, no grace period you have to be there right on the dot. For reference class starts at 9:30 I walked in right when it turned 9:31 and was immediately snapped at. I made sure to call in advance TWICE to ask if it was still okay to come in that way I can turn around and not waste my time because I was informed to call in beforehand and they’ll hold the door so I did and they reassured me on the phone I could come in and that it’s fine with the yoga teacher, I also let them know that it won’t be a habit. I surprisingly made it on time, Parked right in front and when I walked in it turned 9:31 they didn’t even wait for me to say hello she immeadiately snapped at me and started giving me unsolicited advice very loudly and rudely the whole class could hear about how I needed to account for extra time! God forbid you end up dealing with that the LONG train (which I did and was why I called them just in case I didn’t make it in time but did) on the way there just make a uturn. And then after she was done I just said okay let me go put back my stuff to which the yoga instructor then snapped at me AGAIN saying make sure you leave everything in there, your keys, phone, etc as if she didn’t already go over that with me the day before-just another instance to be rude and snappy and specially to someone who treated you the complete opposite. This place lacks respect, dignity, compassion, and professionalism. Very angry the way she spoke to a grown woman and expected me to walk into the class after that verbal beatdown how humiliating. I didn’t have it in me to walk into that class so I just left, I called and informed them about the rude/aggressive way I was addressed and was told sounds like this place isn’t a good fit, and that someone will call me back in two days! Like what??? I better be getting a refund cause I don’t think there’s any coming back from this, this has definitely muddied the energy for me here. So yep if you want to be treated with respect and dignity and like you’re a paying customer this ain’t the place for you!
