Such a great fundamental class that targets all the unobvious muscle groups. I can truly feel a good burn throughout & when leaving the class! If you’re hesitant to try it out, this is your sign to give it a shot, because you won’t regret it! Janice is really knowledgeable and truly cares about what she’s teaching. Excited to keep coming and also try her cycling class.

I liked both - they are challenging in their own ways with both bodyweight and weighted workouts. I appreciate that she offers many modifications depending on your body and skill level.I will be returning :-) I also love the view in the new space for the summer - it's gorgeous!
