Her kickboxing workouts are always teaching me new techniques and burn some serious calories. She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. In general, everyone here is very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. The environment is always encouraging and friendly.

She led me through initial baby steps into a routine of kickboxing and weightlifting 3x a week... I went from being afraid of the gym to being excited to go, to panicking when I didn't go! Coach Sarah tailored my workouts as needed and never let me give up... even with a lot of whining, she always coached me to push through!
