I had a very traumatic health past and I just needed someone to take some time and listen to my story. I was looking for an opportunity to trust in the process and be able to grow in a space that exhibited joyous energy. I've found this in True Moon. Each instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting, are extraordinary beings with their own unique ways of caring and treating yogis with the medicine specific to each individuals needs. There are great membership plans that are affordable, which includes a healthy diversity of classes, as well as class days and times. I'm a father of three and a full time teacher, so evening classes being offered are a major benefit. All-in-all, Emily (Owner) has created an amazing space with outstanding instructors. She's created a positive community for beginners like me to the more advanced yogis. Best of all is the personal costumer service that Emily goes above and beyond to provide. I get personalized text messages from her for Pete's sake! Not automated or AI, its actually Emily texting or emailing you. That's something you do not find. True Moon is an exceptional business and yoga studio and I highly recommend it to anyone, but especially those who have had similar negative experiences like my own. Take a class, you won't be disappointed!

The studio is beginner friendly and there are modifications for poses throughout the classes. Emily provides updates about seasonal studio events and is always welcoming to answer questions about the classes offered at the studio. True Moon helped me get back into practicing yoga after taking several years off, and it's a great place for all levels of experience!
February 13 · DevinI did my first class (HIIT) with True Moon last Friday! My instructor was Emily, and she was super helpful in getting me checked in and making sure I was comfortable as a first-timer. Emily provided tons of modifications as I am a beginner to yoga/flexibility and I was able to participate fully in the class. I will definitely be back to True Moon and recommend it to anyone - especially beginners who may be nervous to get started! Thanks Emily!
