April 02 · Tammy BrinleeI’ve been a member at TGF for almost 3 months. We’re nearing the end of a 10-week challenge that they do that focuses on diet, fitness goals, and working hard. I use to be at Planet Fitness and lacked a lot of motivation and never saw results. You can tell the TGF trainers really care about their members and the community at the gym is very supportive. Most of the work outs are partner based which I really like. Keeps you motivated when you know someone else has your back/will push you. Work outs are 45 minutes and will definitely test you physically. At the half way point in the challenge I already dropped 4lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle. Can’t wait to see how far I go with TGF! If you’re looking for a great gym with a supportive culture I’d highly recommend checking out True Grit!

They are the most welcoming and encouraging people I have ever been around. I love the community we have at TG. The people there really want you to succeed in whatever your goals are and will push you past what you think you’re capable of.They also provide a community that prays for each other. In my opinion, that is really what sets this place apart from the others. As a parent, it is invaluable to have my kids see other adults do hard things but more importantly, rely on Jesus for the strength to do so. They end each class in prayer and help us get better physically, mentally, and spiritually.They also have special classes for kids! We love that our kids are seeing us and wanting to emulate a healthy lifestyle. I can’t recommend True Grit Fitness enough! Come check it out!

The trainers / owners are such authentic people who care more about weight loss and “looking good.” This place has honest to God changed the trajectory of my life - my mental clarity and focus along with my patience with my wife, and young kids have all grown so much!Please everyone, walk in once — feel the energy, the type of authentic individuals who exercise, and just experience it firsthand!

The trainers are experts at finding modifications for movements if you need and it is the most welcoming environment. You will definitely leave feeling strong! The community is what really keeps me coming back. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and willing to partner up. It’s the best place to call your fitness home.
