I can attest that the personal trainers are all caring, professional and very knowledgeable. I’ve seen great results, and my personal trainer has been very flexible to work around my personal demanding schedule. She is extremely supportive, understanding and really pushes me through my fears. My strength, balance, and overall fitness have improved. I was doubtful about virtual training, but my trainer did a fantastic job keeping me motivated and staying on track three days a week. I highly recommend Triplex Training, it truly is a top notch place, and you cannot go wrong with any personal trainer or group classes.
March 12 · Barbara ToenjesI cannot speak highly enough of Kyle at Triplex Training. I have a torn hip labrum, from January 2016. I have been in Physical Therapy for the greater part of 9 years. Approximately 7 years i to Physical Therapy I was able to return to running, but not to the extent that i wanted to. I could not push past a 9 mile long run threshold. While most would be happy to be able to run 9 miles at one time, with this type of injury, not having had surgery, i was not. I knew i was capable of so much more, but did not know what was missing. My Physical Therapist recommended Kyle to me, to further develop ly strength. I am happy yo say that last week, I completed the NYC Half Marathon, without any discomfort, and without the need to walk any if the race. When i started with Kyle, i was barely able to complete my workouts. Now, I have increased my workout volume significantly, and am lifting significantly heavier weight across all muscle groups. My health and strength would not be where they are, without Kyle’s knowledge. Thankful!
March 27 · Dimitra ZakasTriplex is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The community and coaches are awesome, and the personal training is top notch! I have had a couple of surgeries that led to the need for personal vs group training. Jolean was creative and helped me get a great and full body workout each session despite having certain limitations. Jolean also does private strength and mobility training via FaceTime with my mom and that has been a wonderful addition to her routine!! I can’t say enough about what a great place Triplex is!
