I started with the 6-week challenge, then carried on with a mix of semi-private training and group sessions. I spend most of the time at the Columbus St location, but really like how the Union St location is tailored towards private and semi-private sessions.The game-changer for me has been the coaching – for nutrition, movement, and accountability. All of the trainers and other members are super friendly, and there’s a real sense of community.Highly recommend if you want to get back into working out, or you have a specific goal in mind you’d like help reaching.

The group classes are also effective, high-energy, and give a great sense of community. I love Tribe Fit Row. The coaches are professional, helpful, and caring! I've learned how to engage the right muscles and avoid injuries, which was my primary concern with workouts.It's not just about the weights - they also have sessions that focus the small muscles we don't use every day.
