★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This studio has been a total delight, I’ve been practicing for 20 years and I’ve been consistently thrilled with the level of teaching, especially from Juliana and Jill. An excellent and stringent standard is maintained And the studio itself is really gorgeous, facing a river in downtown Peterborough. The busier classes are crowded, and it feels intimate in a good way, rather like being in a Manhattan studio back in the day.Classes often begin with poetry and song which can be very moving and are tied towards themes of the day. I am very appreciative of the level of commitment and sensitivity that is on display regularly at the studio. I will miss it when I leave.

June 14 · Adrienne QuinnTria Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio! I am fortunate enough to live close by and get to classes here regularly. There are classes for everyone, depending on the level of your practice or favorite style of yoga. The instructors are great, they are engaging, friendly, and approachable- it is not an intimidating experience like some studios can be. The people who attend classes are so friendly as well. I have made numerous friends with people through attending classes at Tria Yoga, it is truly like a little community.
