While T180 as a whole is fantastic, the best part is Stark (one of the personal trainers). We started working together in March 2024 and the gains (both literal in strength and metaphoric in terms of confidence and CNS adaptation) have been more than I ever anticipated. He truly supports his clients inside and out, cares about their successes on and off the lifting platform, and has become the best part of my fitness routine too. The only reason I’m leaving T180 is because I’m moving and I can’t even begin to articulate how much of a loss T180 (but specifically Stark) will be in my life.

Clean gym, has everything you need with dumbbells that go up to 150lbs and a couple of dedicated squat cages, and a few more racks too. Didn't get crowded and the staff was friendly. Would definitely go again when back in town, or if I lived in Seattle ☺️

I would still be training with him if I hadn’t moved out of Seattle!
