The workout environment is one of the best I've ever seen, everyone's super supportive of one another and helps push each other to do things they wouldn't think possible. They also offer a number of services such as diet plans and BMI calculations. And best of all, no workout is just pure cardio or pure weightlifting, it's always a mix and within a few weeks of going to exercise and eating right, you'll definitely see the results!

The results were so eye-opening and motivating that I am now several years into the membership.4 days a week, 1 hour a day. Turn up in your gym clothes, with only a bottle of water. Follow fellow participants through the TFW routine of the day - which is NEVER the same on consecutive days. Workouts rotate through the week (for example, Mondays are strength).Honestly, I have paid membership dues in many gyms - several consecutively - without a fraction of the benefits I received after joining TFW.
