May 10 · Delilah PaineAll three of my children come to train here with coach Brian. Ages 6,13, and 17, he knows how to work with them to ensure that they stay excited and eager to work out every time they come! Also understanding that soon they will be having school schedules as well, he is more than willing to accommodate our needed schedule times! The facility is clean, and music is always upbeat, making you want to get in there and work out! Looking forward to their continued workout journey, and to beginning mine as well!
July 05 · Christina CarterI purchased some equipment from Jay. It was a great experience all around. The equipment didn’t end up fitting properly in my home gym. I reached out to him afterwards and he allowed me to come back in to swap it out. Jay and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase even after the deal was done.
December 14 · Connor VansandtGreat staff. Super friendly and helpful.
