I love that it's a strength-forward group fitness class because in my experience that is difficult to find. I also love that the coaches emphasize form and working out safely, something that is not always the case in group fitness classes. They take the time to help with adjustments and provide modifications. Big s/o to Coach Greg - his music selections are always fantastic, and I love starting my day taking his classes in the morning!

Coach Kiley always has the best music and the most motivating spirit. She is always pushing me to feel my best- I love her classes! Greg offers great feedback on form, Meg is an inspiring coach, and Emily is a guaranteed good time. These are just to name a few amazing coaches! As somebody who can be easily intimated by group fitness classes, I only have wonderful things to say about TM!
January 09 · Mary Kate ZagottaGreat circuit workout. The climber really gives another vibe for a cardio option. Trainers are super nice and very normal. They've implemented new strength/lift focus days. I love these days. You get more time on the rig to really build your form and lift HEAVY.
