The personal trainers at T2X designed a program for me that was very specific to my needs. They were patient and enthusiastic and made going fun. I still hate to exercise, but I’ve been going to T2X consistently for 5 years now and I’m stronger and more fit than ever. The fact that I’ve stuck with it is a testament to how great they are.

The groups are small so they are always watching / helping to make sure you are always on the right track with your workout. The knowledge of the staff is exceptional. Train to Xcel and Loic were recommended to me by my golf pro, and that has been a blessing. In addition to the rapid improvement in flexibility and strength, Loic has led me to an understanding of the golf swing that years of lessons had never accomplished. The gym itself is superb, with excellent equipment and ample space. The personal trainers, Mark Bubeck in particular, are beyond compare. Knowledgeble, supportive and helpful in ways I’ve never seen. Attention along with cusomized programs for fitness make the place incomparable and worth any travel required. Absolutely worth the time and investment if genuine fitness, at any level is desired. I would recommend it to anyone, as they customize programs for every need.
