The environment is laid back, chill and very family-oriented, just how I like it. We’re all regular people here that just tries to be better.Coach Rob carefully curates his programming and it’s the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve gotten much faster, stronger and built more endurance over the years. My 1RM of back squat used to be 115lbs and now I’ve made incredible progress (seen here at 175lbs) thanks to the support of all my fellow athletes and Coach Rob.
