Since joining, my daughter could not be happier with the training. She leaves every session excited for the next and feels very comfortable with all of her coaches and fellow athletes. Shawn and the other trainers make me feel welcome and acknowledged, and they genuinely care about their clients. They listen to my questions and concerns before we start and make a point to follow up regularly with check-ins to see how I am adjusting. August 06 · Samuel KirschJoining TNL has been one of the best decisions I have made. I knew from the first phone call that this place was more than just another gym. Connor took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable enough to come in and check it out. They are careful and extremely knowledgeable about many things including injuries and how to help with them. I joined TNL in April for the 6 week transformation challenge and stayed after it was finished. I went into this not knowing much, and not able to accomplish much. The challenge was a great way for me to start and learn about the gym and the proper way to do many of the exercises. Each week I was challenged and pushed in a good way. I became stronger, and noticed a huge difference in my day to day life. I enjoy coming every week. I have never felt like I couldn’t do anything. All of the coaches have helped me achieve goals I never thought would be possible. When people say its like a family here, its true. Every single person I’ve come in contact with (staff, athletes, adults) have been welcoming, incredibly supportive and encouraging. TNL has truly changed my life for the better and I cannot thank Connor and the staff for helping me jumpstart the process. I highly recommend for anyone.

All her performance metrics have increased exponentially. Every instructor is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help in achieving her goals. In addition, her confidence has grown and as a parent, that is great to see! Her enthusiasm and improvement inspired me to join as well! The adult training is amazing, never boring, and actually fun! The atmosphere is wonderful with nice inspiring members. l highly recommend TNL!

When the Adult Training Program opened up we joined. It has been an amazing experience. The trainers Connor, Sean & Davis really care about supporting you with your goals and creating custom programs to meet your needs. They are very knowledgeable about how to safely build your strength and accommodate any modifications you need. They motivate you to reach your best both inside and outside of the gym.
