★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I decided to give boxing a try so I checked out the intro class at Title. I’ve been hooked ever since! The trainers are awesome and so helpful if needed. They took the time to make sure I had the technique down. Every class is such a great workout! I feel stronger already! Definitely the highlight of my week!
March 21 · Jaclyn GutierrezI've been going to TITLE Boxing in Evanston for three months. After about a month of classes, I got their unlimited plan during a New Years sale for $999, meaning that I had unlimited classes for the year.I'm very happy with the classes. The tone, instructional style, and pacing can change a bit from coach to coach so you can go to different classes and see whose style best fits what you want. I've liked almost every coach, but especially try to make classes with Isa, Aja, and Tanner because they get you really pumped and are most helpful if you need some guidance. You also get to go at your own pace. I worked out on my own before joining, but was a bit anxious about a group fitness class. Turned out great. Everyone tries to meet their own goals and is supportive of each other. Excellent atmosphere to get moving.
February 22 · JT MichaelI'm very happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become a member at Title Boxing Gym. As a time-strapped professional and co-parenting dad, I appreciate that you're checking several boxes in one workout: skill-building, stress relief, and total-body conditioning. I often wear a heart-rate monitor to class and, as a 200-pound man, I typically burn over 500 calories per session. On top of that, you're learning real technique and building confidence in self-defense. It’s a great outlet for the everyday stress that builds up from life in general. I find the physical feedback from hitting the heavy bag to be far more satisfying than shadow boxing. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my cardio, running times, and overall body composition. The workouts are intense but scalable to your own pace and intensity. Many of the instructors have competitive backgrounds in boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, and it shows in the quality of their coaching. The playlists are always great, and their flexible class packages make it easy to stay consistent, even with a demanding schedule. As a ~40-year-old past-my-prime dad, I appreciate being able to train hard, learn real skills, and feel like a fighter without actually having to get punched in the face. Plus, the gym is parent-friendly, allowing kids to safely spectate while you work out. I recommend Title Boxing Gym to my friends and couldn’t endorse it more for anyone looking for a fun, effective, and empowering fitness experience.
July 21 · Rory LozanoIf you ever wanted to try boxing, this is the place to do it. The coaches know what they’re doing. The staff is friendly. I leave every session with a sense of accomplishment and already looking forward to the next one. Hard recommend.
June 29 · Chris CardenasI highly recommend Title Club Evanston. Clean gym, great staff, and awesome trainers who are dedicated to helping you improve at your own pace. Isa is my favorite boxing trainer, you will not be disappointed if you book her class! She brings THE BEST ENERGY, and if you are starting out, she is your girl. Jeffery is my favorite kickboxing trainer too, he is amazing at what he does!
