- In-Person Yoga Teacher Training: The studio provides in-person training, allowing students to learn in a hands-on, immersive environment, collaborating with peers and receiving direct feedback from instructors.
- Online Yoga Teacher Training: For those with busy schedules or who live outside the city, the studio also offers online training options, providing flexibility without sacrificing the quality of the curriculum.
- Group Lessons: These classes are open to the public and provide a chance to practice in a community setting, suitable for all levels of experience.
- Private Lessons: For a more personalized experience, private sessions are available, allowing you to work one-on-one with an instructor to focus on specific goals or challenges.
- Small Group Training: This option offers a more intimate setting than a full group class, perfect for a few friends or individuals who want a semi-private experience.
Three Sisters Yoga has several key features and highlights that contribute to its reputation as a premier training center. These elements are what make the experience so highly regarded by its community.
- Expert and Diverse Teaching Staff: The studio prides itself on having a teaching team with varied backgrounds and expertise, providing a rich and well-rounded training experience. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training here and loved it so much that I’m back for the 300-hour program! Jen has created such a welcoming and supportive environment where students can truly learn, grow, and deepen their practice. The location is super convenient, and with the expanded space, even more students can experience this incredible community. I also love the diversity of the teaching staff—each instructor brings unique wisdom and expertise, making the training experience even more enriching. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to advance their yoga journey!
March 18 · Sabina MI had a wonderful experience during my training. The diversity of teachers and the material we covered helped me to build my confidence as a yoga instructor. Jen is a gem:) her knowledge and delivery of information made it interesting and fun. I highly recommend TSY for exceptional teacher training!
September 09 · Christina TrussI did my 200-hour YTT with Three Sisters Yoga and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I hunted around for a very long time and looked into countless different studios and schools hoping to stumble into the right one and Three Sisters is the one that called to me. I LOVE that Three Sisters is geared solely toward teaching would-be teachers, rather than a yoga studio that offers training on the side; you feel this in the focus and extremely well thought out curriculum that Jen offers. With multiple course options, there’s room to grow and fine-tune your practice and teaching style over time. Jen is very knowledgeable - her attention to detail, ways of explaining different concepts, dedication to her students and work, and vibrant personality made the teacher training so enjoyable and digestible even when everyone was tired amidst their full-time work weeks. I absolutely loved meeting and connecting with the other students in my training and maintained relationships with some of them after the course. I loved being offered an open-ended approach to yoga where we discussed various aspects of it and were able to really think about what area we want to focus on as individuals and speak with multiple instructors that focused on different areas and connect with them as well. I loved meeting all of the different instructors that we were introduced to and learning their approaches to their individual crafts. I learned so much from this teacher training, both on how I could improve my personal practice and very invaluable lessons on how to teach others. Another great thing is that Jen continues to offer opportunities to past students, talk about community building. Seriously, look no further - you’ll be so happy you did it.
November 01 · Danielle DesirTeacher training programs come in all shapes and styles. Some lean more into the consumer wellness industry than others. If yoga teacher training has felt inaccessible to you for any reason (financial cost, lack of diversity and representation, emphasis on physical fitness, etc.), know that Three Sisters Yoga has designed a program that consciously addresses each of these aspects of the yoga industry.I came to Three Sisters Yoga (TSY) for its intentional curriculum and its community of teachers who draw from a wide array of teachings and styles. Because TSY offers only yoga teacher training, there isn't the pressure you'd get at other studios to learn a studio-specific style that might restrict how you show up as a teacher. All is allowed and all is welcomed at TSY. There is no sense of restriction of the type of yoga or teaching you can offer after you graduate. What I most appreciate about TSY is the program's willingness to continue to learn and adapt to be as inclusive as possible. I have no doubt that each iteration of TSY's 200-hour offering will continue to improve and uplift those who might otherwise not have considered yoga teacher training. If you want to discover what you uniquely are able to offer the world through deepening your yoga practice, come learn and grow with TSY.
September 22 · Stephanie ShyuI took a 200-hr teacher training. I loved the experience! The curriculum was very well-rounded. The leaders of the training and the people they brought in were very strong instructors who seemed to really honor the origins of yoga as a practice. It was amazing how transformative the intensive was, over a relatively short amount of time. It was a great foundation to the yoga teaching I’ve been able to do since then. I would highly recommend any of their trainings.
