July 15 · Victoria HolecI love this spot! I ran into the owner, Jenna at a street fair in Amityville. She and her crew were so nice! My wife and I signed up a week later. The place is very clean and cozy. The classes are ran really well and everyone I’ve met there has been great. Also they have different styles of classes which is really helpful, so you can have a really challenging session or an easier class. If you are back and forth between finding a new studio or trying yoga for the first time, I think this is a perfect place to pop in to.

She is incredibly Kind and accommodating with her vast array of classes that she offers starting from begginer to advanced levels. I have been to other yoga studios in the past but I have have never seen such a vast array of tools, seminars, and use of healing modalities to help bring those like myself especially as a male to feel comfortable in such a healing space. She is a kind and gentle soul who only wishes to help, and heal others, and spread respectful, proper ethics within the yoga community. She is a blessing, and I am grateful for the safe space that she has created for me.
