I had a great experience with Gloria at TheraPLAYoga. She had lots of valuable information to share, and put together a personalized yoga routine for me that removed things I didn't like and focused on areas that would be most helpful. I also got lots of down to earth tools for being being present in the moment, using yoga to manage my energy, and other general well being resources. It was very accessible and unintimidating. Would definitely recommend!
