Yoga studio ★5.0

4250 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103, USA

5.0
I've been attending this lovely studio for the past few weeks while visiting a friend in Seattle and cannot recommend it enough! There is a variety of classes, and all teachers are equally wonderful. As a yoga practitioner for many years, the teaching style at the studio truly resonates with me and whether you are attending a more dynamic Vinyasa class or a restorative Yin, the common thread will be approaching the practice from a place of curiosity and compassion, listening to and honoring your body. The use of props is also encouraged so students can practice more safely and/or go into some deeper variations of the poses. There are options offered throughout, so classes would be suitable for people of varying levels of experience with yoga as well as health/fitness levels. At the end of each class, I feel thoroughly nourished and full of gratitude to the amazing teachers at the studio. I will be back next time i'm in Seattle! - Tatiana Mirren
