November 12 · Pooja SinghMark Watson's yoga classes have literally restored me to health. I had been going to the chiropractor weekly when I started Mark's class in 2009. After a few weeks, I dropped the chiropractor altogether because yoga produced better, more lasting results.I work at a computer all day long which used to cause chronic neck pain. I also had been diagnosed with bursitis in my right shoulder. Amazingly, yoga cured both for me.Another benefit... Mark's yoga class is grounded in mindfulness and intention which improves my ability to find joy in the present moment. And believe me, you don't have to be a great athlete or practice all the time to feel a real difference in your life.Oh, and best of all... Mark is wise, kind, and funny. A real mensch.
