But what makes it more special is the attitude of the trainers and members. At the Workout Yard, It's all about each person getting stronger and healthier no matter where they start from. I am a 74 year old woman and I receive the attention and encouragement I need. You can be any age and succeed here with your effort and help from the trainers in the Workout Yard. I have been working with Jerry for years and Chaz leads the team so well.

The trainers are amazing and friendly and will help you achieve any fitness goal you set out to. Everyone (including other gym members) is extremely friendly and welcoming and willing to teach you the ropes if you’re not comfortable yet with the equipment. Go check it out. I promise you won’t regret it.
