★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was a pleasure learning from Brig! I've always been relatively fit, but it's been harder to stay in shape in my 30s. I want to start a gym regimen, but I've never felt comfortable lifting weights. After Brig's course, I realize that my lack of confidence was partly because I didn't have a fitness objective, a plan, or goals, and partly because even with an objective, etc. I didn't have any foundational knowledge.Brig's course was great for getting a quick but comprehensive and personalized overview of what you should know before developing your own fitness routines. He's a friendly and experienced guy. After a few hours with Brig, I feel totally confident to work out in the gym.
June 27 · Michael ParkerBrig Seaver is the first and only weight trainer/nutritionist and life coach able to facilitate real and lasting change in the quality of my life. Through his vast experiences as a professional power lifter, yoga instructor, nutritionist, coastal life guard, windsurfer and runner(list goes on), Brig has brought me from a place of being overweight (due to unhealthy life choices) to a place of healthy conscience living. I've been lifting weights with Brig for the last 2 years. At the age of 51 and 30 lbs. leaner, I now workout with weights 3-4x per week, I eat healthier and also exercise regularly via biking, walking and hiking.I owe much to Brig for all that he has shown me; the 'what' to do, the 'how' to do and the 'why' to do.
August 14 · Brian BeanMy teenage son and I signed up for this class. Brig was thorough and presented all the information in an organized, easy-to-digest format. It was great to learn some new things, and get a better understanding of some concepts that I only previously understood vaguely. I also was operating on a number of myths about common diet and fitness advice that often circulates in gyms. Brig cleared up and debunked a number of these myths. It was a wonderful use of our time and I recommend taking this seminar. You'll learn a lot.
