This studio just opened yesterday, May 3, 2025, inside Platinum Fitness Center in Camp Hill. The Vault is a separate studio under Tribe Fitness, but it is located inside Platinum Fitness in Camp Hill. In order to get in, you need a bar code provided by Tribe (unless you are a member of Platinum Fitness like I am, so all I need is my bar code to get in). In addition, the classes are not part of Platinum Fitness membership. You pay for the classes separately.By Tribe Fitness's opening a boutique style spinning studio, Platinum Fitness just gained a "Red Room" (technically, it's not red, but it has the feel of a Barry's Red Room with the dark atmosphere, upbeat music and enthusiasm of its instructors). A lot of my fitness activity is digital, since I have workout stuff at home and digital memberships at Barry's via Barry's x, Physique 57 and I Love Dance NYC. You can tell I'm not much of a gym girl. I joined Platinum Fitness to get access to the cardio equipment, TRX and the group exercise studio when it's not in use, so I can do my digital workouts in private.I came upon the announcement of the Vault's opening on the early morning of its opening day actually, via Platinum Fitness's reel on Instagram. Since I saw that it was a spinning class with other classes being like Barry's Ride n Lift (Ride n Rep), I decided to try it out. I thought that spinning would be a better alternative for me in cardio due my knee problems. So I bought the $5 intro class for 10 a.m. and made my way to Platinum Fitness in Camp Hill. Since the 9 a.m. class was still going on when I arrived, I decided to use the treadmill and walked for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once the Vault opened its door for the 10 a.m. class, I stopped the treadmill, wiped it down and made my way to the studio.I'm amazed at how they were able to fit everything into that little space! From the towels, weights, apparel, bikes (three rows, if I'm not mistaken) as well as a platform for the instructor, that compact room still felt spacious. Like I said, it had a Red Room feel about it. Even instructor Lorna, gave that Joey Gonzalez vibe when she asked us, "How are you feeling?" Her tone reminded me of Joey G's during his Run(20) on Barry's x. After the class, it was either Lorna or Angel who welcomed suggestions for class music, so I suggested aespa. It would be nice to spin to "Whiplash," "Supernova" or "Armageddon."😊 Even EXO Kai's new "Wait On Me" with its slight Latin feel would be great to spin to. Great workout class, but I was totally destroyed yesterday since I followed that class with Joey G's Run(20) on the treadmill as well and Physique 57 glutes and core under Shannon inside the group exercise room (and a little bit of Kpop dance practice [aespa's "Pink Hoodie" and Yeji's "Air"]).For me, the Vault is the best thing to happen inside Platinum Fitness. It adds a little variety to what is done there, instead of the usual cardio/lift/personal training routines. Not everyone is a lifter, and lifting can come in different forms, as demonstrated by the number of boutique bootcamps around. (As a member of Barry's x and an in-studio attendee at its NYC studios, I prefer the atmosphere of the Red Room). The music, the exercise/dance (and yes, we dance on those cycles!), the 'lights' and overall enthusiasm of a boutique bootcamp class make the Vault my motivation to go to the gym. And since I'm a member of Platinum Fitness, I can do other workouts before or after class as well. Thank you for opening a spin studio inside Platinum Fitness, Tribe! - Maria Tolentino

The Vault by Tribe Fitness Introduce

For residents of Central Pennsylvania, the search for a truly dynamic and engaging fitness experience often leads to a desire for something more than a traditional gym can offer. Enter The Vault by Tribe Fitness, a new and exciting boutique studio that has recently opened its doors inside the well-known Platinum Fitness Center in Camp Hill. The Vault is a specialized space designed to bring a high-energy, rhythm-driven workout to the community, offering a fresh alternative to the typical cardio and weightlifting routines.

The Vault operates as a separate, distinct studio under the Tribe Fitness brand, but its location within Platinum Fitness provides a unique and convenient collaboration. While you do need a separate membership or a paid pass for The Vault’s classes, its presence adds a vibrant new dimension to the Platinum Fitness facility. As one client enthusiastically described, it "adds a little variety to what is done there," creating a space that feels more like a dedicated "boutique bootcamp" with an atmosphere that is both invigorating and inspiring.

This isn't your average spin class. The studio is designed to be an immersive experience. Stepping inside, you'll find a dark, atmospheric room with upbeat music and enthusiastic instructors who lead the class with infectious energy. It's a setting that one reviewer likened to a "Red Room" from a well-known national fitness brand, suggesting a premium, high-octane workout that focuses on both physical exertion and mental engagement. The synergy of the lighting, music, and instructor’s motivation creates a space where a workout feels less like a chore and more like a performance.

The Vault by Tribe Fitness is more than just a place to sweat. It’s a community. The instructors, such as Lorna, are described as dedicated, welcoming, and open to suggestions, fostering a collaborative and friendly environment. They make an effort to connect with clients, welcoming feedback and creating a playlist that keeps everyone motivated. This personal touch, combined with the small class size, ensures that everyone feels seen and supported, whether they are a seasoned gym-goer or new to the world of cycling.

This studio is a testament to the idea that working out should be a joyful and empowering experience. By creating a space with a focus on high-energy, music-driven classes, The Vault provides a powerful motivator for its members.
