Jason and Hector are top-notch trainers who can teach absolutely anyone, from someone who has zero experience to someone who has years of experience (and everything in between). They push me to try my hardest while being super supportive – it is a completely non-judgmental environment full of people who want to train hard while still having fun with the process. The music is great, and the vibes are immaculate! Definitely my favorite group class that I have ever signed up for.

July 06 · Jonathan DeolallMy girlies and I wanted to take a group training class to see if we can learn a few things and we never expected to get professionally coached by two amazing trainers. The personal attention that was given to each individual is something you will not experience elsewhere. We had a blast doing this class, we made new friends, we laughed, we had dance sessions between breaks and we sweated it out together…..will not get into how many calories were burned in an hour lol but but definitely worth it and we are coming back!! Thank you Hector & Jason you guys are awesome and love the energy.

I am limited to certain movements due to suffering from a stroke a few years back. Thank to Hector one of the trainers there has accommodated me. He vigorously finds new exercises and strengthening techniques that has helped me. I look forward to my Sunday classes:)
