★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am truly grateful for the efficient workouts available on the latest equipment, guided by some of the best coaches around. It’s hard to ask for more than that, but the incredible community of like-minded athletes here makes it all the more special. I genuinely love this place!
May 28 · Christopher CampbellI love training lab. It's the best gym I have ever been to, and there have been many all over the country. Very welcoming and at the same time really pushes you.
July 03 · Lee MurphyAmazing facility to train for Hyrox!! They have all the equipment you need if you’re training for your next Hyrox competition!
February 16 · Lawrence TsaoBooked through class pass. Arrived 4 minutes late at the front desk then checked in and went to class. The instructor didn’t let me in the class and said there’s a 5 minute late policy. It was my first time and i don’t know the policy, it didn’t say on class pass either. The instructor was super rude.
July 13 · Caroline WangTook a class here recently to use remaining ClassPass credits. Liked the vibe and the sweaty hour working out. The only thing was that some dumbbells were by the window which I didn’t notice and they would have been better for my rows. Also, the sequence had too many pull-ups imho (20 alternate with 10 assault bike cal amrap within 10 mins). Switched to negative and banded pull-ups as 20 strict pull-ups at a time seems to be too much. Impressive gym and selection of equipment, but no open gym time here and within a class there’s a limited number of exercises - you either like them or don’t. Pricing high or on par with other bfxs
