The bonus is that the instructors are so nice, empowering, and great at motivating you while kicking your butt with a great workout! The owner, Taylor is the best instructor and fitness studio owner!!
August 23 · Isabel ElyThe track !!! Where do I start?!! Taylor the owner and an instructor of some classes is down to earth, comforting, and created such a beautiful and safe space for women! The classes are heated, but not too intense to make it miserable! The studio is decorated with the cutest vibes! There’s different classes for different levels/vibes! It is definitely my favorite place to go! I would go every single day if I could!!!! 🥰

The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely makes you feel seen and cared for.
