He cares deeply about and for his clients, and developing a relationship that honors all aspects of your life and personalized goals truly matters to him. As someone new to the weight lifting world, I wanted to begin a journey of feeling strong and capable in my body, but not getting injured pushing too hard. There is no ego in the room, just a real desire to help people feel better in their body and know more about longevity and why building muscle matters, in all aspects of life. As I near 40, I have never felt better — thanks to Caleb and his expertise. He is attentive, dialed in, creative, and constantly adapting and evolving to your personalized goals. 11/10– I tell everyone I know about Caleb and The Sweat Gym. He’s the best of the best.

The Sweat Gym has created a great community/environment that members of all fitness backgrounds can comfortably be a part of. Every class is a good time and the coaches really know what they’re doing. I recommend this gym to everyone!
July 10 · Joshua BarrowI believe I was the first paying customer at the sweat gym. The sole reason I signed up was Caleb Gatchell. Hands down he is the Best coach around. He truly has to the passion to always continue to learn and if you pay attention , listen and ask questions or just observe what he does you can improve your fitness to another level. He definitely walks the walk when it comes to his own athleticism and work ethic especially for his age ;). The sweat gym community has the most positive/ non judgmental people. They have some of the best athletes there who help to encourage others to reach their goals. Also the gym has only top quality rogue bars and equipment and that definitely makes a difference with lifting in general.
