At The Strength Feed we strive to teach movements and skills that you can apply outside of the gym. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time.

    The purpose of education is to prepare you for the industry you're heading into, but you can only learn so much from the classroom. The goal of our internship program is to give a favorable environment for young students to grow their knowledge base and learn from some of the best coaches in Raleigh. We want every student that comes in the door to have a further understanding of the human body as well as the biomechanical requirements of sport and exercise. Personal training is a great tool to prepare you for bigger and better things in the gym. This is also a great option when returning from an injury, or training for a specific event. We've done programming for an eclectic group of people; marathon runners, power lifters, bikini competitors and everyone in between. Our philosophy at The Strength Feed, whether in the weight room or on the field, is to use a combination of new school technology and old school movements to create a safe, effective and fun environment for athletes to become bigger, stronger, faster, and injury-free. We also apply these same principles to athletes that sustain injuries in order to get them back in the game as fast as possible. No matter the sport, no matter the goal, we train to your abilities to ensure maximum skill transfer on game day!

    These classes are designed for adults look to gain strength. By using the three proven BEST main lifts; the squat, bench and deadlift, we can train your body to be as strong as it can be. The Strength Feed believes that training is not just a hobby but a way of life. It is a tool to unlock your highest potential. The group class structure makes working with a highly knowledgeable strength coach more affordable and provides great motivation as you learn and grow with your peers. The barbell has taught us a lot and we want to relay that skill and understanding to you.

    We provide yoga geared towards lifters. We focus on the problem sites we see from heavy barbell training and the stresses from everyday life at a desk.
