★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There is a lot of variety at this gym. Whatever kind of training you do, you'll most likely be able to do that. Annie is very kind and supportive of her gym members. Highly recommend.
November 14 · Farai GotoraComing here always sets my week off perfectly. A friend of mine who lives locally told me about the gym and the trainers because she had such a wonderful experience. I chose to try out this gym for personal training even though it was about 20 min away from my job and my work. I am so glad that I did. Annie, the owner, offers amazing workouts that push your body in a healthy and safe way. She has always been mindful of my injuries and customized the sessions to make sure that you are still getting in a good workout. I have also had the pleasure to train with some of her other colleagues that also offer high quality training. I’m so glad to be part of the Space community!
January 07 · Priyanka Patelone of the best gyms. clean, bright, good music and lots of space to learn & grow in. machines are always available and it's open 24 hours. plus annie, the owner, is just a wonderful person and brings a personal touch to her gym that you won't find elsewhere.
September 09 · Kiah Zellner-SmithThe Space is the kind of fitness experience everybody should want. Usually when you join a gym, you go in, you use the machines, you’re isolated, and you just go about your business. While that’s still an option if you want it, The Space brings more value to the community experience - not only to fitness, but to Chicago, as well.Annie is an amazing trainer and has cultivated an atmosphere that makes you want to come together as a community and get fit, hold each other accountable, and push yourself to be better. Annie pushes you to be in great shape mentally and physically, but she also pushes you to be a better person. Other trainers, like Jason, bring their different styles to The Space and you get the ability to learn from so many different people. There are always smiles; there is always love; there is always a joy resonating in The Space and I would recommend it to anybody, of any age, of any background.
July 02 · Landon SmithI have had a truly remarkable experience with The Space! If you're looking to challenge yourself or switch up your normal exercise routine, this is the place! There are tons of awesome, unique trainers who are always willing to help, as well as literally any type of equipment you can imagine, if you're more independent! You can't help but get to know the community and feel welcomed and supported here. You're not just a random customer. It's like the Cheers of gyms.Clean, professional, never too crowded. A gem!
