While the classes are challenging, I always leave feeling restored. Plus, the vast library of online classes is a great option for days when I can’t make it in person. Classes are kept small (love the hands on assists) and all levels are welcome and supported. The magic of the original Shed has been brought to life in the new space on Lafayette and classes feel more challenging than ever. Choreography is innovative and always different whether on the mat or reformer, plus the music is 10/10. Phebe and Elizabeth are equally talented and have only added to Jane's original concept.

They have something special in their new gorgeous studio that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else in Richmond. The classes are unique and challenging while still maintaining the personal experience - all of the instructors are so in tune with everyone’s different levels, strengths, and helpful with hands on assists or providing modifications as needed. Thankful for The Shed and all they are creating.
