Through this sport, she not only builds her athletic foundation but also learns valuable life skills that will benefit her in all aspects of her life.Has her confidence improved ?* I absolutely believe it improved her confidence and resilience. I feel by overcoming challenges in kickboxing such as mastering a new technique or sparring with a partner builds confidence, and teachs resilience, valuable traits for any athlete.Would you recommend The Premise for other kids?100% I would recommend the premise for kids.Qualified and experienced instructors are crucial. They should be able to teach techniques safely and help build confidence while ensuring kids understand the importance of discipline and respect in martial arts. Many kids benefit from martial arts classes in terms of building self-discipline, focus, and self-confidence. The coaches understand this and is one of the reasons my kid goes to premise.

The other coaches were also very encouraging and motivational, helping to correct form for anyone who needed support. Love the vibe! Love the look and feel of the gym. This is a great place to find great people and your health!

One of the standout features is that the coaches really listen to you and what you want to achieve for your body. Your fellow workout neighbors are also very positive and supportive of each other’s fitness journey, which makes the gym more welcoming. The coaches are very dedicated to help you achieve your goal, as well as everyone else working out in the gym with you. The gym is also very clean and organized!
