The instructor, Liz, was incredibly warm and knowledgeable, guiding us through each gentle pose with clear instructions and thoughtful adjustments.The class itself was an amazing experience. It was focused on relaxation and deep breathing, with poses held for longer periods of time, allowing my body to fully release tension. I really liked the aromatherapy and the reiki.
