★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I loooove the pilates school SF!I have had on and off injury for the last four years and I usually don't do group fitness because I usually can't keep up and I don't want to feel like a burden for needing accommodations. This has been the perfect place to build a pilates practice that works in harmony with my physical therapy. All of the instructors are knowledgable kind, patient and don't make assumptions that what will work for one person will work for another.Thank you!
July 22 · Simone BaggettoRecovery is a long process and finding knowledgeable, empathetic, and honest trainers (in anything) is key. I attempted Pilates 2 other times before finding this spot and truly believed it was not a physical hobby for my body because my back went out both times. I have worked with Rae and Rachel and they have helped me unlearn that belief! Pilates is for everyone - all bodies. Thank you for helping me see how capable my body is & how I can add Pilates into my life to support my other hobbies. I also feel so good about supporting a local San Franciscan business! And marshmallow the cat, keeps me motivated. If you are still hesitant about Pilates, I encourage you to call and visit the studio. This studio is unlike any other one. Hearts!!Ps. I thrive on routine and steps and this studio is not a drop in studio, you are on a clear and set path for your individualized needs.
August 08 · Michelle PeresI love this place! I've been going for a few years now and my core and other muscle groups are stronger than they've ever been. Great program, great community. Very body positive. I always look forward to the fun personalities and hard workouts.
March 20 · Leilani LumenThis is not your typical Pilates studio, this is truly an accredited school where the amazing and incredibly knowledgeable staff not only take time to understand your unique needs (body, previous injuries, and so many other things), they teach you about your body, and then work to teach you how to do Pilates. If you are looking for an inclusive diverse studio where you will get personal attention, truly learn how to do classical Pilates, and feel empowered in your physical health, check out this program.
July 09 · Lana VolkExcellent. The whole team is informed, caring, and responsive to your body's needs. This was my first experience with Pilates as recommended by a PT, and I was a bit intimidated. They fully embraced me and helped me resolve seven years of chronic pain- and they're just great people. And there's a studio cat!
