★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been coming to Pilates Principle for about 9 months, I was essentially new when I started and feel like I have made a lot of progress in that time. I really think Nahar is one of the best instructors I have ever taken a group class with- on top of being very knowledgeable, her attitude is awesome and everyone feels welcome/paid attention to. All the instructors have been great and there is a full range of classes that are capped at a reasonable number of people.
May 15 · Megan Falls VinczeThis place is my new favorite place! If you are ready to work on strength and flexibility in a way that is accessible, knowledgeable, and supportive…here ya go. I started several months ago and I feel stronger, a little taller and, really tuned into my body.Nahar is a master in her own right. Extremely knowledgeable, and she pays attention to what everyone is doing. She is always helping adjust form so no “bad” habits form. The classes in my experience are challenging and you can feel the results. I have also taken classes with Jeanette and Amanda and they are also excellent teachers. The environment is inviting, pretty, and clean. Machines and equipment always clean and tidy. The students are lovely and friendly. This is an environment that is NOT a competitive setting with women in coordinating yoga outfits. It’s very refreshing. As a yoga teacher, I have learned so many new ways of approaching movement in my classes at Pilates Principal to apply to yoga. I am so glad I tried this place. I was in a funk for several months and this place was part of helping me shake it off. Thank you Nahar and all the lovely staff. 🙏🏻
June 29 · Allison SheehanI started Pilates just a couple months ago and I highly recommend The Pilates Principle! The instructors are so welcoming and see your potential!
April 08 · Britney FirstiunPilates Principle has been an essential part of my physical well being for many years. The instructors are educated, creative & sensitive to every physical need & goal their clients may have. I have struggled with back pain for many years and they have helped me to embrace a mind body connection through Pilates that has truly changed my life for the better. I cannot recommend them highly enough !!
November 11 · Anne HoffmanI threw my back out for the third time in the span of a year at the beginning of February '24, and my mother recommended coming here instead of physical therapy. I was nervous, but reached out to inquire, and I received a text back within less than five minutes from the owner Nahar. I scheduled a couple private sessions with her, and then began joining the beginning classes at the studio. After attending a few classes, I began to notice a significant difference in the way my back and pelvis felt, and I began to regain a significant range of motion. I've attended various fitness classes before at other locations and always felt like the instructors had minimal training, so they didn't know what to look for or correct and injuries were always a concern, but to say that Nahar is an expert at her craft is an understatement. She knows how every single movement affects every single thing in the body, and is very good at communicating it in ways everyone can understand. I'm looking forward to progressing through the classes!
