I also feel like it is such a good investment in myself. Other exercise - swimming, walking, biking - all good, but I really feel like I get a better return for the hour I spend with her. Erika is attentive and very perceptive. Her direction is always spot on, she knows when to push, when to shift on a routine, seems to know what I need to every time. The studio is beautiful, has the best equipment, and the best teacher!
