★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience started out great, an older gentleman i believe his name was henry. We signed up for the try the Y membership. We travel in our converted skoolie with dogs. Day 2 of going to the Y we received a very rude call about our dogs in the bus.so I returned to the bus with my dogs That had fans in the front, ice water, and AC in the rear of the bus. 15 minutes later, we received another call this time from a YMCA employee. ( Zayvon ) was also very rude and side we had to leave because it was the busy time and parking is for valued customers and made it clear we are not wanted here. From my bus window, I counted over 40 open parking spots.
June 04 · Jeremy TellierGreat clean facility. Minus one star because they do not have the daily activities and programs listed anywhere other than the website. Other centers show the daily schedule as you walk in. You don’t know when open climb is or what classes are taking place.
February 21 · Dime WGym is great. Stay and play needs work. Was waiting out a thunderstorm with my son and I asked if I could sit with him in the stay and play. After 10 minutes they asked me to leave. They said their policy was to only allow the parent there for an adjustment period of 10 minutes max. After I left, a staff member came to find me about 10 minutes later. They said he was crying too much. They proceeded to take away his toys and had me take him out, after which he cried m more for 30 min. This experience ruined the evening for both of us; I seriously don’t know why I pay to come here.
July 14 · Kayvon MobarakehAwesome family pool minus the chlorine that kept me itching for 2 weeks later. This has never happened to me after swimming in a public swimming pool. It's a shame because their pool is great.Everything in this Y is on the same level, which I really appreciate. Super convenient and accessible.Great customer serviceThe lounge area is Filthy. I guess many individuals don't know how to clean up after themselves. Also, this Y serves free coffee.Womens locker room was fairly clean. The plus is that toilets and sinks are automatic....love it.
August 19 · Usawa AndweleJust to be clear, the level of competence of the current administration and level of concern it has for its members is to reduce volleyball to 1 hr. Also making its members setup two net systems and take them down. This in contrast to basketball and pickleball which occupy 3-4x the time of the gym each. Their response to members who complain are to encourage them to leave.
