I went in there never boxing before and they took the time to explain things thoroughly and would help me with my form throughout the class. From beginner to advanced boxer, this place has so much to offer! Highly recommend joining!
December 10 · Alyssa UMy experiences at Boxstar have been phenomenal. The staff makes it a point to take time to explain the correct technique and are very supportive in your progress. Every exercise or drill has some sort of modification so if this is your first time or you are an experienced martial artist you will feel comfortable and challenged. The gyms environment is very inclusive and welcoming. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

It’s been a while since I’ve attended any kind of exercise class, have never taken a boxing class and I had an amazing time! Any moves that were too difficult were modified for me and I felt encouraged (not defeated) when I needed adjustments. Everyone there was kind, encouraging and I left feeling like I had a great workout with just the right amount of soreness- no pain at all which I often experience after exercise classes. I can’t wait to go back!
